Care Instructions:

• Routine Care: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

• Chafing Dish Inner Liners: Simply remove the stainless steel inner dish to serve food and wash it directly in the sink or dishwasher. You never need to serve food directly in the brass housing!

• Outer Brass Frame: If food or liquid spills on the outer brass body, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. To restore its brilliant shine, apply Brasso polish with a soft tissue or cloth, buff gently, and wipe clean.

• Cleaning: Wash using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Dry immediately with a microfiber cloth to prevent water spots.

• Polishing: Use Brasso polish on raw brass to restore its brilliant shine. Apply a small amount to a clean cloth, buff gently, and wash thoroughly with soapy warm water before serving food.

• Avoid: Never use steel wool, wire scrubbers, or harsh abrasive chemicals to preserve the finish.
