Welcome to RoyalServeware. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All RoyalServeware products are handcrafted pieces made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques including hammering, heating, engraving, nakshi work, polishing, and hand-finishing processes.

Our products are not factory mass-produced items. Due to the handmade nature of brass, copper, and silver craftsmanship:

  • Minor variations in shape, texture, engraving, polish, symmetry, and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.
  • Small marks, hammer impressions, alignment differences, or finishing variations are not considered defects.
  • Each piece is individually handmade and therefore may not appear perfectly identical or machine-symmetrical.

In modern metal craftsmanship, brass, copper, and silver serveware are commonly manufactured using premium metal sheets suitable for the required design, structure, and durability. Sand-casting methods are not used for all products. Thickness and sheet gauge vary according to the design, engineering, weight balance, and artistic detailing of each product.

By purchasing from RoyalServeware, the customer acknowledges and accepts the handmade nature of the products.

Order & Payment Policy

  • All custom-made, made-to-order, and overseas orders require advance payment.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

RoyalServeware ships both locally and internationally through third-party courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS, cargo services, and other logistics providers.

Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Airline or cargo delays
  • Weather conditions
  • International clearance procedures
  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays or strikes

RoyalServeware is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, cargo handling, or international shipping processes.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Overseas Shipping Disclaimer

For international shipments:

  • Products may be shipped in detachable form (stands, screws, lids, burners, handles, accessories, etc.) to minimize risk of breakage during transit.
  • Minor dents, pressure marks, or handling-related transit issues may occur during international shipping due to the nature of metal products and cargo handling procedures.
  • Customers may file claims directly with the courier company (DHL/FedEx/UPS/etc.) if transit damage occurs.

RoyalServeware is not liable for damages caused during international transit, customs inspections, airline cargo handling, or courier mishandling.

Cancellation Policy

As most RoyalServeware products are handmade and produced upon order confirmation, cancellations create direct material, labor, and production losses.

  • If an order is cancelled after production has started, 30% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover material costs, artisan labor, production time, and operational losses.
  • Orders cancelled after completion, dispatch preparation, or shipment are not eligible for full refunds.
  • Custom-made and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Product Comparison Disclaimer

RoyalServeware products are handcrafted luxury pieces and should not be compared to factory-manufactured or machine-made products.

Different brands, workshops, and artisans may use different:

  • metal gauges,
  • manufacturing techniques,
  • polishing methods,
  • finishing styles,
  • weight balances,
  • engraving depths,
  • structural methods,
  • and artistic approaches.

Variations in thickness, weight, finishing, or craftsmanship style do not automatically indicate lower quality.

Every RoyalServeware piece is produced using metal sheet thickness and structural support considered suitable for its specific design, functionality, durability, and artistic detailing.

As these are handmade products crafted through long manual processes including hammering, shaping, heating, welding, engraving, and polishing, slight variations are natural and part of authentic artisan craftsmanship.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery/purchase.
  • Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Replacement is applicable only in cases of major transit damage.
  • An uncut full unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.

Minor handmade variations, polishing marks, texture differences, slight asymmetry, color variations, or small dents caused during handling are not considered valid damage claims.

RoyalServeware reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement.

Refund Policy

RoyalServeware does not offer refunds on:

  • Handmade products
  • Custom-made orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • International orders
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Claims based on personal preference after delivery

Customers are requested to review product descriptions, handmade disclaimers, dimensions, and product images carefully before placing an order.

Customer Conduct & Defamation Policy

RoyalServeware values respectful and fair communication with all customers.

Any false allegations, misleading public claims, intentional defamation, blackmail attempts, or damage to the reputation of RoyalServeware through social media, reviews, or public platforms after agreeing to these terms may result in legal action where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers engaging in abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory behavior.

Brass, Copper & Silver Care Disclaimer

Brass, copper, and silver are natural metals and may develop:

  • tarnish,
  • oxidation,
  • darkening,
  • water marks,
  • fingerprints,
  • patina,
  • or slight color changes over time.

This is a natural characteristic of authentic metal products and not a manufacturing defect.

Environmental factors such as:

  • air exposure,
  • humidity,
  • moisture,
  • temperature,
  • handling,
  • food contents,
  • cleaning chemicals,
  • and storage conditions

can affect the appearance and polishing of the metal over time.

Certain products may naturally darken or develop an antique/patina effect with use, which many customers appreciate as part of the beauty and authenticity of real brass and copper craftsmanship.

To maintain shine and finish:

  • products should be cleaned and dried properly after use,
  • harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners should be avoided,
  • and metal polishing may occasionally be required depending on usage and environment.

Minor oxidation, tarnishing, polishing marks, or natural discoloration are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for refund or replacement claims.

Metal Sheet & Gauge Disclaimer

RoyalServeware products are handcrafted using carefully selected brass, copper, and silver metal sheets. Sheet thickness and gauge are chosen according to the specific design, detailing, structure, shaping requirements, and artistic workmanship of each piece.

Most products are manufactured using approximately 20 to 22 gauge sheets, depending on:

  • the type of work involved,
  • softness required in the metal for shaping and engraving,
  • detailing complexity,
  • hammering and forming requirements,
  • and the structural needs of the design.

Certain handcrafted designs such as cutwork, naqshi, pierced patterns, engraved detailing, and decorative carving naturally reduce overall metal weight because small sections of the sheet are manually removed during the crafting process to achieve the desired artistic design.

As a result:

  • products with heavy cutwork or intricate detailing may feel lighter compared to plain solid-metal designs,
  • weight differences between designs are normal,
  • and lighter weight in such artistic pieces should not be interpreted as low quality or use of inferior material.

Each design is engineered and handcrafted according to what is considered technically and artistically suitable for that specific product style.

Acceptance of Terms Across All Platforms

By placing an order with RoyalServeware through any platform including:

  • our official website,
  • Instagram,
  • Facebook,
  • WhatsApp,
  • direct messages,
  • phone calls,
  • or any other official RoyalServeware sales channel,

the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all RoyalServeware Terms & Conditions, policies, disclaimers, shipping terms, replacement policies, and handmade product disclosures.

This applies regardless of where the customer viewed the product images, received quotations, communicated with our team, or completed the payment process.
