The Royal Serveware Promise, Answered

Every tray, platter and bowl is cast from premium stainless steel and food-grade brass, finished by hand with a mirror or antique-gold plating. Nothing in our collections is mass-stamped — each piece passes through a craftsman's hands before it reaches yours.

Built for the table, not the shelf. Our finishes are food-safe and rust-resistant, made to carry biryani, mithai and everything between without dulling. We do recommend hand-washing gold-plated pieces to protect the plating over the years.

Yes — baraat trays, jahez sets and bulk dowry orders are a core part of what we do. Reach out with your quantity and timeline and the team will confirm a production and delivery schedule before you commit.

Every order is inspected for finish, weight and polish before it leaves our Lahore workshop. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace or repair it at no cost — just contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after use. For steel pieces, a mild soap and warm water restores shine; for gold-plated pieces, avoid abrasive scrubs or bleach-based cleaners — a gentle polish every few weeks is all it needs.

We ship nationwide from Lahore, with careful cushioned packaging for every tray and bowl. Metro-city orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days; call or email us for delivery timing on your specific area.
