Care & Maintenance Instructions:

• Stainless Steel Inners: Simply remove the stainless steel inner liners from the chafing dishes to serve food, and wash them directly in the sink or dishwasher. You never need to serve food directly in the raw brass body!

• Outer Brass Body: Wipe away any spills on the outer frame with a damp cloth. To restore its brilliant shine, apply Brasso polish using a soft tissue or cloth, buff gently, and wipe clean.

• General Upkeep: Dust regularly with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid steel wool, wire scrubbers, or abrasive chemicals to preserve the finish.
